Kent Wilcox Keating

Kent W. Keating, Attorney at Law is a graduate of the University of Southern California and earned his law degree from Pepperdine University. Mr. Keating was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986.

Mr. Keating is an experienced and skilled lawyer who is dedicated to providing all of his clients with the best available legal representation at a reasonable cost. Mr. Keating’s main focus of practice is business law, real estate and construction law, corporate law and estate planning. He represents a range of clients including general contractors, subcontractors, and project owners in a variety of commercial and residential projects. He has extensive experience with construction law including mechanic’s lien issues and in drafting construction contracts.

Mr. Keating also frequently represents business owners and professional in creating limited liability entities such as corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. Keating also frequently represents clients involved in contract disputes, drafting contracts and with liability issues.

Mr. Keating also represents clients in creating estate plans including living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney for finances and health care and health care directives.
