Great elder care/ abuse attorney

Jody was the calm I needed in a storm. She professionally and tirelessly worked on my case of elder abuse and never let me feel unheard or unsupported. She and her team were amazing communicators and always kept me informed of every detail and step taken. Jody and her team made sure I was heard in f...ighting for my brother’s best interest and insuring his neglect and abuse did not go without proper diligence in achieving a favorable settlement amount. Nothing can bring my brother back, but knowing justice was served has helped My family. I hope I don’t have to use them again- but I would hire this firm in a second if I needed to. They are amazing. Jody’s long history of achieving favorable outcomes for her clients comes as no surprise to me after seeing the diligence she and her team gave to my case against a large assisted living organization. She never backed down, never got frustrated and never let me think there would be anything except a favorable settlement. I highly recommend her and her professional team.

The Best of the Best

We were so blessed to have found Jody and her team at Johnson-Moore. We spoke with 2 other attorneys before her, and right away we could tell her knowledge in Elder law sets her apart from the rest. She gave great advice and didn't push us to go one way or another, and ultimately let us make the deci...sions on which direction to take the case. I was able to sit in during parts of the mediation, and her thorough knowledge of our case and elder law in general, was truly awe inspiring. Whenever the other side made, what I thought was, a valid point, she had a quick retort to counter every request to settle for less. I hope I never have to use her services again, but if I do, I will 100% hire Johnson-Moore again. I am just so appreciative for everything they did for us.

Looking for a great attorney

Our son developed a pressure wound from his hospitalization. He is in a conservatorship, and we took the pictures to our attorneys for help and advice. Both attorneys highly recommended Johnson and Moore to review his case. Johnson and Moore were very thorough in their investigation of the negligence... he suffered. We eventually reached a settlement with Jodie Moore and her newest attorney, Sarina. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Jodie is smart, professional, informative, and caring, one of the best attorneys we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend this firm for an adult abuse case.

Mother

The perfect professional team to work my son's case. I fully trusted the team to bring the case before the judge. I would recommend the firm for a family who has been in crisis because a loved one was hurt, abuse and neglected.

21 Year Old Client

I found Johnson Moore in 2017 after my Father's passing due to malpractice. At the time I was only 21 years old, not knowing what to do, or how to even go about things. When I first sat down with Greg and Jody, they didn't pay attention to my age (they thought I was much older and was shocked to hear... my actual age.) They were straight to the point, and listened to my story with open ears. They made me feel so comfortable, and helped me feel less scared and alone. After the first meeting, I knew they were the ones I wanted to represent my father and I. Under the circumstances, my case was 3 years long and I will say, I do not regret choosing them one bit. Everyone there, including Stephanie who helped me a lot as well, were all so friendly, companionate, and understanding. I could go on and on about how grateful I am for this firm. They are such hard working individuals who worked endlessly to be such a great advocate for my father, Kurt Stratmann. I will forever be thankful for each and every single one of them. They certainly take their job serious, and will put up a fight for you and your loved ones. Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart.
