Jared came on board. He talked a big talk and even said my case could potentially net millions of dollars with a trial jury. he apparently didnt do his legal homework and filed a legal complaint that was completely inappropriate for the specifics of my case. A few days after filing my complaint, he ...then asked to have it dismissed by the judge. A few weeks later, he essentially abandoned me and my case, leaving it in worse disrepair than when he found it. One of the meanest and worst things a person can do is what Jared did: give hope, raise expectations, screw up a client's case, then abandon the client due to the mistakes that Jared himself made.

My “Lay-Off” Date was May 2, 2022: I really needed help. I’ve been wrongfully terminated, or laid-off before and I was done with employers thinking they had the upper hand this time. I didn’t know what to do, but I knew this time I wasn’t going to let it slide like all the other times. I won’t put th...e employers name here, but I will discuss about what I was Laid-Off for and I believe that it was because I formally reported deadly electrocution hazards, and it wasn’t for the reasons that they claimed which was that it was getting slow. I spoke with a manager about the electrical concerns first a few times and I just couldn’t keep ignoring the deadly issue when it rained a couple in April which increased the possibility of electrical shock that would travel through ground, so I emailed the Safety Department along with other departments such as the Maintenance Department and of course BCC’d my own personal email with supporting photographs. Immediately the next day I get a phone call that the I was being Laif-Off since it was getting slow and that I violated company policy for using my camera on my phone. I wasn’t having it and after some calls and leads, I got in contact with Jared. Jared jumped on my need for help and the experience was fantastic; Jared has been an excellent communicator and had some good ideas on how to leverage our case. Jared? If you’re reading this, thank you for all your time and hard work. I also reported the incident to OSHA immediately, so they can make sure things are corrected.
