I was injured at my CDCR job in January of 2020. I was ordered by my boss to do work not in my job description after I had been injured. I could not afford to take time off on Workers Comp. I support a family of five. In May, my employer forced me to go on workers comp because due to my injury I coul...d not perform the duties which were listed at N/A in my job description.
