Gregory Matthew Mazza

Mr. Mazza seem to lack in aggressiveness, thoroughness, experience in Family Law. He seem more specialized in Personal Injury. I was very disappointed that he had me agree to something that allowed my ex to temporarily have custody of my son for an additional day which now has resulted in me havin...g less than 50% custody. They agreement/Stipulation allowed my ex time to establish a routine and not follow through with his end of the agreement with a loop hole. My custody case was jeopardize because Mr. Mazza did not throughly check the Stipulation before signing it. I do not recommend him for Family Law and anything related to custody. Also, I requested a modification in Alimony and Child Support. Mr. Mazza never ensured that proper paper work were submitted in a timely manner during the 2 months he represented him. It was my new attorney who immediately have proper paper filed within 3 weeks after I had them replace Mr. Mazza. It seems that Mr. Mazza is overwhelmed with the current case as he seem to be a "one man shop".
