Yalda Yousefi

Yalda is an amazing attorney who actually cares about people, she’s always there for me. The communication is on point she takes her time to explain, and answer questions that I didn’t understand, she is proactive, no matter how busy she is, she will always find the time to be there for her clients. ... My situation was unique, I had been fighting my case for almost a year with two other law firms that did absolutely nothing for me, and when I was told to call her law group, best decision I ever made! I am honestly not sure where I would be without Yalda. I was injured at work, stuck on light duty, miserable, my employer's doctors telling me I'm fine to go back to work. I ha no idea what to do. Without Yalda I may very well still be there, grinding away in a laborious job with a torn shoulder unt...il my employer finally got the opportunity to push me out. Yalda is an expert in workers compensation and presented every possible outcome. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable, don't waste your time with anyone else. Just go with Yalda and trust in the process, I have a 7-month-old daughter and I could not imagine I would be able to pick her up and hold her in my arms without her services.

I had a very complicated work comp case (my case involved 5 body parts - many that were previously injured several times )and Yalda came highly recommended. In addition to being kind, professional, and easy to talk to/approachable, she was able to do so much for me. Prior to securing her se...rvices, the Work Comp Insurance Company (IC) tried to pull a fast one on me. Not only did they play games with my treatment (claiming they approved an MRI but not doing so) they also short changed me on my Temp Disability earnings. I was in Grad School at the time, so my earnings prior to the injury, were not great - so my disability checks each week, were in the $32 range. Yalda stepped in, and had them look at my prior earnings before Grad School (mind you, I tried doing this on my own by taking it up the chain with the Insurance Co to no avail) and Yalda, was able to get a Judge to include my past earnings, which yielded me $500+ per week for Temp Disability payments. What a huge gift! Not only that, she obtained my vocational rehab benefit voucher of $6,000. Also, during the deposition, she took all of the fear out of it and was really there for me. She is tough as nails when dealing with Work Comp Insurance companies and I highly recommend her. She listens, she cares, and she has integrity and gets the job done. Don't put up with your work related injury on your own. Once Yalda stepped in, my stress/worries and concerns were all taken care of.

How can I put this because there is no one word that can describe Yalda Yousefi talent and ability as a lawyer. Yalda was highly recommended to me by a close friend that I would trust with my life, and now I know why. My experience with Yalda has been nothing but the utmost professional experience I... have every had in my life. Knowing your job is one thing but perfecting it is another.
