Robin Jacob Yanes

I hired Robin Yanes to defend me in 2 cases and he withheld key information about his ability to help with the case inorder to line his own pockets with over $80,000 of money I didn't have. He also knew I paid him with money that was proceeds of the crime committed and asked me to pay him in cash in ...order to conceal that fact. He also has no ability to use a computer so I have no idea how he does any legal research no a days. I found out after I paid him that he never did any research and took the money and filed no motions to remove anything from the case even though I had hundreds of documents showing that I didn't do what I was charged with. Please don't use this attorney, I don't want to see anyone else do time in prison longer than they have to, not only did he get me sentenced to crimes I didn't commit but he also got years tacked on above what was agreed in writing from the court.
