John Michael Yenokian

This has to be the worst attorney in history of all attorneys. He is nothing more than a sleazy salesman. He will promise you the world and claim that he has a plan to help you but an actuality he doesn’t know a single thing about the law and he’s learning as he goes along at your expense. He will tr...y so many different things (none of which are relevant) because he gets to bill you those hours. When i did my initial consultation, he made many promises and had many “great” ideas of which he was sure we would win my case, it wasn’t till later that i found out he had no idea what he was doing, had no knowledge of the law and will talk you in circles until you pay. Once you pay him, it’s crickets. Before i paid him, he was very responsive. He even came to meet me for a consultation (It wasn’t till later that I found out that he doesn’t even have an office, that’s why he would drive to meet people for consults) After I paid him, it was impossible to get him on the phone, he almost missed one of my hearings! He claims to have tried multiple strategies (him not knowing what he was doing), all of which failed then led to “more things that needed to be filed or done” aka. money wasted on billable hours. He basically took me for over 20,000 just to file paperwork and not only that, he filed a lot of it incorrectly. I had to a hire another attorney to fix his mess. The new attorney was 1000x times better. He explained to me how amateur and inexperienced Yenokian was and that he was simply doing things that made no sense to pick up billable hours. My new attorney fixed all Yenokian’s mistakes, and won my case for less than i wasted with Yenokian, for him to learn how to file paperwork incorrectly. Save yourself the money and headache and go with anyone else except this guy.
