Zoe was the only lawyer I spoke to who was confident I could successfully apply for the 3 Year 01-B Visa. I had been told by other lawyers I might get it but only to last for a few months not for three years. I cannot say the process was without stress, there were many fraught moments mostly due ...to time constraints but I got my Visa back, in my hand, at 5pm the night before I had to fly to the US.
