Above and beyond the call and wins the day
I was being sued for 35 million dollars on an alleged breach of contract case. The other party lies, and even the other parties’ attorney on the primary case would recraft the truth to their liking, of course the challenge is to prove it all in court and to a jury. This case lasted over 2 years and during that time Seth drove the truth home, made the truth seem so obvious, and even pointed out how the opposing side was misrepresenting the truth of things during the trial. The opposition tried every legal "trick" they could to obfuscate the truth, but in the end and especially after Seth's fantastic closing, after only 3 hours the jury returns a verdict in our favor and ends up awarding us damages and attorney fees! The opposition won nothing! Score one for the good guys and another win for Goldberg! Thanks much my friend!! Oh yes I definitely recommend him!

Goes Above and Beyond
Seth did the Terms and Conditions and Rental Agreement applications for my web-based business and they are outstanding. He also recommended a credit card processing company he personally works with for me as a merchant to process our cc payments. I really enjoy personal connections for business and developing good business relationships and Seth is the man to talk to for developing a good business relationship with and possibly helping with referrals.

Outstanding! Recommend without hesitation!
Fortunately I do not have much experience with using attorneys and was very nervous about whom to contact and what cost would be. Seth was very professional, patient, understanding. I met Seth for a consultation regarding a legal issue where I was really emotionally invested. Seth was very forthright and appeared to be very knowledgeable on the legalities of the topic. Seth listened to what I wanted to do and where I was going with it. After listening to me Seth responded very honestly. He directed me on what I should do on my own. Other lawyers may have tried to make a federal case out of what was troubling me and sign me up for a hefty retainer, Seth did not do this when the opportunity was there. Seth was honest, did not charge me for the thirty minute consultation and set me on the course of reality. Understandable, Approachable, Knowledgeable and Patient
Seth helped me understand some of my real estate sales paperwork. He did a very good job translating it for me---putting my questions into context and relating the meaning. He answered my questions patiently---pointing out options and contingencies I had not thought of---in a friendly and level-headed manner. His knowledge and calm matter-of-fact nature helped me understand my position much better and process the information effectively.

Trust review
My wife and I called Seth to discuss some issues relating to a trust. We talked on the phone and then sent him the the trust to review and did a follow up call. He answered all of our questions and gave us some options to follow up with, all without charge. He was informative, very personable and helpful.

Best legal experience I've had

Mr. Seth Goldberg was my attorney in updating my living trust. He prepared an Advance Healthcare directive, a Durable Power of Attorney, a first and second Amendment to the trust. As well as prepared and recorded a Trust Transfer Deed. He was careful and attentive to every detail. A Compassionate and Professional Attorney

Seth Goldberg is an honest, outstanding Attorney
In 1998 Seth represented me in a libel suit against a defense contractor, Smith v Orange Blossom Lines, tried in Torrance CA. The jury awarded me 2.5 million dollars after a 6 day trial. What else do you need to know? Well, Seth in also a Lieutenant Colonel in the California National Guard, on the promotion list for full Colonel, and a graduate of the prestigious U.S. Army War College. He commanded an Armor battalion in Iraq for a year and brought back all his soldiers alive and in one piece. They ran convoy security missions up and down Iraq, including the infamous "Route Irish." I know - I am a combat wounded veteran of Iraq and a retired Lieutenant Colonel.

Well Skilled & Client Friendly
Mr. Goldberg is an extremely professional attorney, with a very broad base of skills. He has handled criminal defense, military law (UCMJ - He's a full Colonel in the Army Reserve and has deployed in Field Comand positions), estate planning and family law. I know him on 3 sides. As a police officer, he has worked with me in teaching terrorism awareness for Gardena Transit. As a military officer, I have served with him and know he has commanded combat troops abroad that earned unit recognition at the national level. And, I know Mr. Goldberg as a client.
