Daniel Robert Cote

Reading these reviews, it's comforting to know that I'm not alone in feeling like this man was, at best, unprofessional, and is, at worst, intentionally dishonest, manipulative, and scheming. He followed me out of a court room and offered me his services to sue someone who had physically attacked... me, and against whom I had sought a restraining order. I was very grateful that someone seemed to be taking me seriously. We filled out paperwork and I had him on retainer. As if the situation itself hadn't broken me enough, Dan ghosted me with absolutely no explanation. He also seemed to engage in gossip with the people who work in his office because I caught all of them talking behind my back. The experience was truly disheartening, and I wish something could be done about it. This guy might be just as sociopathic as the actual criminals he deals with, so my advice is to stay VERY far away.

I do not recommend Daniel Cote or his assistant, Bobby Fresh. In my experience, both were unprofessional and dishonest. The attorney did not provide the services I paid for and never returned my money, appearing more focused on profit than on helping clients. Bobby Fresh was extremely rude and unprof...essional. Overall, I felt taken advantage of and would caution others before hiring them.

If you’re looking for someone to take your money and provide a service that of a 6 year old this is your guy. Is completely unprofessional and has me questioning how he still has his license. He loves to talk over people and scream like a 6 year old throwing a tantrum when things aren’t done his way.... Beware!
