May,25,2011, Charged $12,500 did nothing, and did not communicate to elderly Father the Trustee of Family. D Mortensen went to the wrong court first time, stalled and did nothing to help distribute the inheritance. Charged $180 for each death certificate that was handed to the secretary by me persona...lly. Then he claimed he didn't get paid the extra $2500. Never answered a professional question, said he get back to us never did.

We had been putting off creating an estate plan, but when we started a family we knew we couldn't put it off any longer - we didn't want to leave guardianship up to the state.
