I fired him after 3 weeks. His office is a disgusting, SHODDY room in a less than appealing looking HOUSE. His staff is not educated in LAW, and a letter they sent to my claims adjustor had spelling errors, several run on sentences, and one sentence that was INCOMPLETE! It was embarassing. He was completely unavailable, and very RUDE and uninformative when I did talk with him. He included his "free" consultation in my charges. Like I said, I fired him after 3 weeks. He did NOTHING for me, except file one paper to say he was representing me. Yet 2 years later, after having handled it all on my own, he billed me for 15% of my measly award! (he got it, too). You've been warned, consider yourself lucky!
