I had previously signed a retainer with Mr Saphier to set up a complex medical business involving multiple parties. Several intricate legal issues were on the table including numerous State and Federal regulations. Mr Saphier created a functional business entity which was most satisfactory to all pa...rties involved. His work was rapid, reasonable and appropriate in cost, and served our needs extremely well. He was available for follow up consult and returns all phone calls and emails promptly. Most recently I consulted Mr Saphier for a medical staff issue. I provided him with the documentation involved and within 24 hours he provided me with a plan of action that was most satisfactory. I have been very pleased with Mr Saphier and his work. I have great confidence in both his knowledge and experience as well as his work habits and ethics and I would be happy to retain Mr Saphier again.

I initially hired Mr. Saphier to look at the existing contract for the medical practice to which I was signed. I worked with Michael to construct a Stock Purchase and Sell Agreement for a medical practice. It was complicated, but in the end, I could not be happier with the outcome. After the transaction was complete, the CPA from the seller asked me if he could use Michael as a consultant for future transa...ctions. The CPA informed me he would be referring future clients to Michael to handle these sorts of transactions.
