abusive, dishonest and evil

I found Manley and his staff to be very verbally abusive and hostile. When I tried to protect myself by requesting that everything be conducted in writing, he quit with no legal cause. I found this action, among others, to be unreasonable and irrational. I suspect that they were also dishonest and... were threatened by the fact that I wanted to keep a clear record. Their had been disputes about what had been said or how he conducted himself in the past which led me to want to keep a written record. I knew a former client of his that warned me of his dishonest, abusive nature and also that he overcharges! I found this to be true in my case as well.
