Biography
The most important thing about is me is that I have not always been a lawyer. I started practicing law after working for a decade as a local government official responsible for inspecting real estate and enforcing zoning regulations. My experience as an investigator and public official allows me to bring a unique skill set to the table. My method is to consider a legal problem from a common sense perspective and then to develop practical options for achieving my clients' real estate goals. As an attorney, I have experience handling a wide variety of real estate law matters including: land use & zoning, broker licensing and regulation, landlord/tenant, and litigation.
