No one person knows your case. They won't check their emails and just ask you to resubmit same documents over and over. When you ask for a case update they either ignore you or call you to tell you that they will call you back but they never call back. I call reception to speak to someone about my... case but they're always in meetings and will pass along the message, but will not receive a call back. I've been waiting 2 months for them to schedule a court date they can't seem to be able to get it together enough to do so. I never even met the lawyer but I've lost all faith in this office. I think they're incapable and incompetent. Please look elsewhere for a lawyer.
