In my mind every case is unique. That is because each client is unique and  he or she has  his or her  own mindset which is different than everyone else.  My number one focus at the beginning of each case is to really get to know my client. I have the ability to set aside my lawyer's hat and focus on discovering what does my client really want to achieve and what paths he or she is comfortable in taking to reach those objectives. From that point on I will then focus on studying the adversaries because in my long term experience as an attorney, on many occassions  there are number of personal and individual issues fueling the conflict beyond the facts of the case at hand. Once I know my client and the opposing side's mindset and motives, I can then easily takle the factual and legal issues of each case and can come up with creative and efficient strategies to accomplish my client's goals and objectives.
