Gary C. Eisenberg

Gary was referred to me by a friend. Unfortunately, he did not work out. He was handling two cases of mine on a contingency in which I was the plaintiff, an auto accident and an assault case. He mishandled both cases and I fired him. My assault case was almost dismissed because Mr. Eisenberg failed t...o file the proper paperwork in time. The second attorney I found to handle my cases, had to go in front of a judge and argue to keep my assault case open and not let it be dismissed. My second attorney was successful in his efforts. I would not recommend Mr. Eisenberg.
