Daniel Allen Spitzer

Daniel A. Spitzer is an attorney practicing entirely in the area of personal injury.  

He received his B.S. from the University of Redlands and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.  Additionally Mr. Spitzer earned a Masters in Dispute Resolution, with special focus on mediation advocacy, from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and a certificate from the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law.

While at Pepperdine, Mr. Spitzer was twice chosen to compete as a member of Pepperdine’s nationally recognized trial advocacy team, as well as representing Pepperdine in the national ABA Legal Negotiation Tournament.  Further, as a representative of the Straus Institute, he travelled to Paris where, by invitation of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), his team represented Pepperdine at the 7th Annual International Mediation Advocacy Competition. 

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Spitzer had a twenty year career in business, with experience ranging from international high technology startups to petroleum distribution.

Mr. Spitzer is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in the state courts of California and the United States Federal District Court (Central District).   

His professional affiliations include memberships in the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
