Bruce David Abramson

For my first divorce, I really lawyered up. Needless to say it cost me and you know who a lot. If I was to due this for the second time, it would be as they say: Shame on me. In all seriousness, I went back to my attorneys for ex-wife number-two, and when the mother-of-my children finally ran out ...her retainer on her will-not-be-named here legal counsel and had a "Come to a God of Her Own Understanding Moment", they recommended Bruce to mediate. I could not be happier (and in the end, neither could "she"). He was fair, affordable, and really spelled out all the terms and responsibilities of being a single parent in a co-parenting situation. He never painted a bad situation for either one of us and definitely has his own gentle unique way of differentiating the law from "fantasy". Bruce helped us come up with a fair custody schedule thus saving us thousands of dollars in legal fees and most importantly keeping my family out of the family court i.e. the dreaded "system"! I highly recommend Him!

I hired this attorney to deal with my divorce case. He was aggressive at the beginning, but once started to interact with the other attorney, it didn't take much time to realize that both the attorneys work together to make the divorce more expensive. He prepared the stipulation for which judge himse...lf found several faults. The biggest mistake was not filing paperwork that requested my X, whom continuously harasses me in court, pay for legal fees.I do not recommend anyone using this attorney. I accomplished nothing and charged a lot.

I met this attorney for what he explained to me would be a free initial consultation, he was quick to ask me the vitals of my case along with my social security number, and now he is billing me $195 for the 20 minutes that we met. When I briefly spoke over phone with him, he said initial consultatio...n would be free. Now I'm being billed. Definitely, DO NOT recommend him.
