The question is what it is. You should "treat" the question exactly as it appears and it asks whether you were convicted.

You can't do any such thing. That lawyer represents your boyfriend, not you. And it's up to him if he wants to keep him as his lawyer or not.

It depends on the bondsman and the contract you signed with him or her. Some bond companies require certain conditions that others do not.

Make sure you check with an IN attorney. At least in California, reductions to misd doesn't restore gun rights
