How do you know they didn't have a court order for the DNA? They certainly didn't need permission for the fingerprints? And maybe the suspect...

He is probably looking at 12 yrs. 2 for robbery + 10 for the gun. That's the low end. He needs counsel ASAP. Find one soon.
