It really depends: have you discussed this with attorney on the case?
What are child porn pros and cons.(have not watched it) but not p&cs about me. Also I'm 13 so technily is it just porn for me.

Stay away from any explicit images of children. It is a serious violation of state and federal law.

While there is no question you might get an attornety to go and see if they can get this lowered in some way. Many attorneys on this list do tickets.
