It can be ALL past offenses, but only certain predicate acts constitute RICO predicates. I have 4 major RICO cases now and it never fails to...

Sounds like a prison case, regardless if he's a first timer. Shooting a crowd? That's a prison offense.

If you are an attorney, yes. If not, No. He needs to get an attorney. Non-attorneys cannot appear in court for other people.
