If you have a warrant, they clearly already charged you. Best to get an attorney ASAP.

Sounds like an overzealous cop. Can't imagine how this could delay or obstruct (to say nothing of resist) an officer.

You'll have to report it as a crime and let the police do their investigation. If that doesn't work, you can sue her civilly in Small Claims

The age of consent for SEX in NY is: 17. Dating, without sex (or any sexual activity) is not illegal.

It is unclear how they will find out, but it is also clear that it is conclusive prove that you violated the terms of your bond if they do find out.
