Don't miss the next court date. You can hire a lawyer, but you should also register your complaints with the DA's office. I hate to say this...

Doubtful. She was trying to scare you. Apparently it worked. Maybe at most the police will try to talk to you and also scare you. Just slow down.

The age of consent in Minnesota is 16 (sex). Dating isn't a legal issue without sexual activity
