Minor errors aren't likely to equate to a win. This is a minor error that the cop could merely correct without much damage to his credibility.

I don't practice in FL, but it is unlikely you will get off lightly because you seem to be unable to comply with probation terms.

You should get an attorney. The signing of the ticket is only your promise to appear. If you didn't sign, he could likely have arrested you. It...

If the case was dismissed, the judge has no jurisdiction. If you were put on probation the judge does have the power to do that.

It is way too early to consider early termination. You've only completed 20% of your probation.
