It is doubtful that employers care about infractions. If you look at most fast food employment application they do not ask for infractions.

If they can write letters, they can write letters out of the state or country.

Dating is not a crime. It's the sex that gets you in trouble. However, the age of consent in NJ is 16.

She should try to continue the arraignment (that is, not plead either way) and get the license.

Was violated on a charge while on probation. Also had other charge pending. Was found guilty after reinstated of pending charge

It depends on who's doing the asking, but there are many criteria. If you primarily live in MI, that's likely it. Where are you registered to vote?
