Warrants don't go away, ever, unless you appear in court and the judge recalls the warrant or you post bail (and later go to court).

If he took a deal for 15, he's not going to be filing anything to reduce his sentence. He made a deal and he's stuck with it.

Juries are not predictable. People get convicted or acquitted of all manner of evidence. You're asking for mere guesses.
