Your word may be enough. But that isn't your concern. Report the crime and let law enforcement determine the sufficiency of evidence.

They'd have to re-present the matter the grand jury if they have new evidence. they probably won't if there wasn't enough to indict the first time.

you should worry about a lot of consequences of getting prosecuted. Get a lawyer and defend yourself.
