10%. You'll probably go to Lynwood and serve about a couple to a few days. No guarantees, of course, but anecdotally, you serve a fraction.

in theory, they sue you, but they never do because it's costly and time consuming and much easier to merely hope you pay following their letter.

you can move, just make sure that moving doesn't prevent you from fulfilling all the terms and conditions of your probation.
