You should seek the advice of a NJ attorney. But it's doubtful these serious prison offenses can be expunged.

Doubtful. I don't practice in MA, but pretrial is usually for motions, housekeeping issues, settlement talks. They don't set a trial on the same...

Fight this. Get an attorney and take it to trial. If you didn't steal, you didn't steal. Screw Walmart. You can e-mail them, but they won't...

Got a ticket for 34 in a 15 and my speedometer seems off by a few mph. If it was would that buy me anything if I went to court?

Doubtful. A "few"--so 3-5 mph, you're still nearly double the limit even with the margin of error.

You can post your own cash bail or have someone do it for you. Contact the jail or have an attorney help you.

You can try to reschedule. You can also try to advance it (make it earlier) and then set a later date. when you can be there.

Your deal probably required you to complete certain terms in order to earn the lesser charge. Go back to your lawyer or get a new one.
