It's not dating or associating that's illegal. It's sexual activity that usually creates the legal problem. However: The age of consent in Ohio...
I have warrant in San Antonio, Texas. Can I go to the court in good faith and ask for a bail hearing.

Hire a defense attorney to help you negotiate a surrender on the warrant. You likely can negotiate an o/r release or a reasonable bail amount.

Go to the police, let them do their work. And/Or contact a lawyer about a civil suit.
