(1) and (2) are within the discretion of the DA to determine. Not sure if a plea bargain is desired by all parties and one of the foregoing bases...

Sounds like they took the whole fine. Usually fines come with penalty assessment which can far exceed the fine.
Can I get a state ID with a misdemeanor warrant?
Will I be arrested and sent back to the state where the warrant is?

First things first. You need to clear that warrant. Get a FL lawyer and take care of that. Stop looking over your shoulder.

He should ask his attorney. With the Post Conviction Relief Act, he's probably got a new attorney that filed something with the court.

The inmate has to go through all the internal jail procedures first.
Is sex offender and prostitution charges same? I was arrested for prostituion so does it mean I considered as sex offender?
