Marshall Adair Caskey

*I would like to specify that I did not retain Mr. Caskey for legal action, but I consulted with him multiple times regarding an unpaid wage case. I was referred to Mr. Caskey by a local bar association. He patiently listened to me recount complex circumstances and answered all of my questions tho...roughly. He gave me suggestions regarding what to do and what NOT to do in various scenarios, and informed me that my best option was to pursue action with the Department of Labor (at no cost to me). One week after our initial consultation I called him to inquire about his fees for an additional consultation, as the circumstances of my case had changed. Again, he listened to all the new details and gave me additional suggestions. Although it was a brief conversation, he was very generous and did not require me to compensate him for that time. I very much appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile for me. I was not a client being billed for services, but I never felt unimportant.
