In 1995 I used the services of Ronald Gotcher to assist in procuring a visa for my wife and daughter from the Philippines to the U.S. with a favorable and EXPEDITED outcome. He had contacts inside the U.S. Embassy in Manila that got results when other efforts failed. In March 2017, my wife filed a... petition for her mother to immigrate to the U.S. The attorney assigned to her case was Benjamin Brueggmann. Sr. Managing Paralegal Lupita Rynott was assigned to our case as well. The fee was a flat rate that was very comparable to other firms that I had checked out. Our case was was complicated and all documents were accepted the first time. Lupita responded to all questions within minutes if she wasn't able to answer her phone or email immediately. She seemed to be available always and knew answers without having to consult Benjamin. My mother in law was approved and got her visa in March 2019 and her Green Card arrived April 26th. The entire staff at Global Immigration Partners was very professional, friendly, and responsive.

As a lawyer, they did Something they should never do. In March they accept my case to file H1B, they asked for a lot of materials and told me the petition has been mailed out on time. However, later I found they lied to me, they didn’t file the petition at all. They waste my chance and time, and they... refuse to answering my call. Neither do they reply to my emails. This is the most irresponsible law firm I have ever seen!!! Never choose it because they lied!!!
