I was involved in an automobile accident not too long ago and decided to put some serious thought in to hiring representation. It was obvious after speaking on the phone with the "other" insurance company that nothing would get in the way of their best interests. It was at that point that I decided to go "against the grain" of most of my respected peers opinions and to move forward with seeking legal representation. Barak's name came up as I was searching for a referral from friends and family. I decided to give him a call and mention my predicament. After speaking to Barak for just a few minutes, he put my mind at ease with his knowledge of these types of cases and more specifically his knowledge of the actual insurance company I was up against and their tactics. The comfort level I developed with him after briefly chatting led me to hire Barak. From that point forward, I had no more worries about being pestered by some claims adjustor looking to suck the blood right out of my neck. Barak took over from that point forward and kept me in the loop with updates as they came in. When I've dealt with other attorneys I've hired in the past, it was like trying to pull teeth to get a call back from them. When I did finally get a call back, they were brief and seemed to have much bigger fish to fry. The open lines of communication and the updates Barak provided me with were truly a breath of fresh air. He does a phenomenal job breaking down technical aspects and legal jargon in to lamen's terms. If I would've dealt with the opposing parties insurance company on my own, I definitely would've struck out and came away empty-handed. With Barak on my side, not only did I come out on top, but I came out a winner with a decent amount of pocket change to my name. Barak truly is one of the more classier attorneys around, not just for the monetary results he obtained, but because of the way he carried himself. His "table-side manner", if you will, is bar none.
