"I have known Rafael since before we were both licensed attorneys in 2015. I was fortunate enough to have received the best training from him for a position as Staff Attorney for a Circuit Court Judge in 2018. Not only does he possess a wealth of knowledge for a myriad of legal fields, including family law, real estate, civil litigation defense for non-profit and business entities, and immigration, but he has excellent case management skills in being able to handle a sometimes heavy caseload while being able to provide exemplary representation to every client. He respects his clients and always lets them feel heard. He is humble and communicative and is helpful every step of the way, whether it be through complex transactional litigation, applications for immigration matters, or even a simple divorce action."
"I worked with Mr. Rodriguez closely from 2019 through 2020 on several immigration cases, including cases before the Immigration Court. I was very impressed with his ability to effectively manage his time and think on his feet. His research skills are better than competent and his presentation of cases is top-notch. I have also seen Mr. Rodriguez repeatedly demonstrate a level of empathy and responsibility towards his clients that I have rarely seen in other attorneys. Highly recommended."
"Rafael and I have worked together on numerous real estate matters. Working with him I learned that he works with integrity and is tremendously knowledgeable in civil litigation and has a lot of experience in dealing with the court system. Whether it’s the judges, opposing counsel, drafting complex motions, or thorough demand letters - Rafael knows it all. In fact, I still call him from time to time for his advice on some of my own cases. On a personal level, he is reliable, honest, very responsive, and hard working. I endorse Rafael."
"Rafael Rodríguez and I have known each other since 2019. A few years ago, we worked closely together on several immigration cases. I was impressed by the high quality of work produced by Rafael on behalf of his clients, his ability to develop strategies early on in a case, and his uncompromising ethics. It was a pleasure to work with Rafael. I endorse this lawyer."
