This office actually deserves 0 star. I called his office twice. I spoke with his secretary twice. The first day I told her of my urgent situation and why I needed Legal consultation, fast! She sounded empathetic and said the attorney will call me back and if he doesn’t, she’ll call me back herself... to tell me further information. Well, the rest of the day came and went and no phone call. The next day I called again. She greeted me with the wrong name (lol) and said she remembers me from the day before. and my “urgent” situation...I thought “ok sure. Just let me talk to this lawyer!” This time she said the attorney was with a client at the moment but that “he should be finishing up soon” and he “WILL” call you back. She sounded so nice and apologetic during our phone conversation that it completely makes me sick how in-genuine she turned out to be because again, I never received a call back! Why this old lady couldn’t just tell me the attorney is not interested in taking me in as a new client, I will never know. This experience reflects this law office’s unprofessionalism and dishonesty. If this is how they are in the beginning, imagine how they will treat you once you are their client and have gotten paid. Stay away from this law office!

I met with Mark for a ‘free’ consultation. He started with introductory remark (I.e lengthy seminar) on the History of Divorce in California... total sleeper but I felt like he was always just about to say something pertinent to my situation. That came after the leeeengthy history lesson. OK, so I wa...nted to take some time to think about if he’s a good match for me. Not so fast... he told me it was just the first hour that was ‘free’ (the history lesson). He then proceeded to tally up his time and presented me with the bill right at his desk. I had to cough up newly $900 for his boring history lessons - I could have bought a hundred books on the subject for that $ if I wanted to know about the history of divorce (which I didn’t). He was also disrespectful toward me and said disparaging comments about me and my ex.
