In short, I was almost never informed about my case. When I would request information her emails were incredibly brief (1 word, maybe 1 sentence replies.) Upon requesting to transition to a new attorney, she did not send my file until the 3rd request. Not to mention filing my case after I requested t...o change attorneys. As stated by the other 1 star reviewer, it would be a poor decision to hire this attorney.

I hired Enna Berjikian on an accident which took place in Glendale five years ago, she never delivered the amount of settlement as I was promised., she also advertised her charges of 25% and changes it to 40% once you walk into her office. she promised me 60% or more on my settlement yet I received l...ess than 50% on the settlement money., she takes her 40% out of the entire amount even before the medical bills which means 40% out of my 60% settlement amount leaving with less than what she explained on her scratch paper., she is very sloppy, her vocabulary is poor and her ability as a person to communicate is unprofessional and abrupt, I would never recommend her for anyone., the deposition was a mess she appeared 1 1/2 hours late, her presence in the deposition room was next to useless., she keeps calling another attorney freeman his name to ask him about what she needs to do on every little thing. As if the idiot knows what the hell he’s doing. One knuckle head deserves another per say. Whatever you do think twice about hiring these stooges. I also noticed bunch of people giving her five star rating which leads me to believe they are fake, once you walk in her office in a hot day the air conditioning if off the couches are stinky and dirty the ceiling is falling down, very nasty place nasty workers , call out or even ring the damn bell no body answers. All her cases are lying down all over the place misplaced and messed up good luck finding your case in the pile most of the time they can’t find a legal documents that was supposed to be in the file,. I had to look for it in my copies and Keep dropping them off at their office on different occasions. Please do yourself a favor and go check this place out to see if my story checks out or not. This was the first time I have ever utilized a lawyer. I will never use another lawyer. She was great. She kept me informed. She proved to be extremely knowledgeable and fair. She works diligently and unceasingly. I was dealing with my insurance company because some one hit my car. The insurance co...mpany said the accident 100% my fault. I told the insurance claims that I did not think it was fair and that I did not think they understood what happened. So they said they would try to make the accident 20% the other party's fault and 80% mine. I did not think this was acceptable or fair. Enna did not think it was either. Within a very short time of she flip it to 100% the other party's fault with no fault to me. She handled everything all the way to the settlement. She is fair and knowledgeable and did not let the insurance company take advantage of me. I strongly recommend her!!! She is a great attorney!!!

Extremely unprofessional and sloppy. Did not respond to any e-mails, written correspondense and phone calls. The only way to see her was to show up in her office unannounced - and even then she would find an excuse not to talk to me. Our claim was denied because of her unprofessional demeanor and a...dvice. Do not waste your time and money on this woman.
