I am a real estate agent in Palm Springs that had the opportunity to take on my first probate listing. A messy one, to boot. With no prior experience, I feared what was to come and how I would navigate it. I was very fortunate that the estate was being handled by Mr. Kim, who handled its many obstacl...es with ease. He had the patience to show me examples of organizational methods from other probate deals so that I perform for the rest of the team to meet our collective goals. He is also very organized, detail-oriented, and communicative. He actually returns calls and emails himself and promptly! I was actually surprised by that, that he is not an unreachable hot-shot that's too good to give me the time of day. He was also very respectful and never condescending about my lack of experience in this realm. I was so grateful that he made this experience a pleasant learning one, but also one that restored my faith in attorneys to some degree, that there *are* good ones out there. In the past, my own experiences with attorneys have been poor, so I have trust issues with them. In the event I have another opportunity to recommend Mr. Kim to a client, or need one myself for any services that fall within his specialties, I am going straight to him. I know I can trust him, that he will hold himself to the highest standards under any circumstances, and that I (or any client) will not be disappointed.

David and his team where extremely proficient and skilled in their knowledge of the process, the court s...ystem, commanding the respect of the judge and working with and being able to handle challenging situations. David showed a skill set that enabled all parties to reach a very satisfactory result in some very challenging transactions.
