Arthur was my attorney for 18 months where he represented my highly technical skills against a plaintiff with very deep pockets. He still has all my evidence, and despite my attempts to get it back, I'm still waiting for it. Another client of his also had a claim against the same plaintiff, and Art...hur needed my expertise to help him for the other clients case. He made me sign papers telling me that it's for my protection. On the same contract he represented himself, his other client on myself. I don't know which law school taught him that's the way to sign contracts. He promised to pay me $85 / HR for my work, and even after losing his case in court, he still has not paid me what he owes me, even though he's saying he made over $10 million on his website. He also made me sign a contract where he promised to pay me $85 / HR, and he billed Liberty Mutual $85 / HR for my work in his claim, but he had a side agreement where he claimed I agreed to work for $2,500 / month, when my rent by itself was $1,900 a month. Stay away from him.
