Biography
I am a bankruptcy attorney and a professor of bankruptcy law and business law.
As a bankruptcy attorney, I help businesses with issues regarding their loans, equipment leases, difficulty with making payroll, etc. For individuals, I help them resolve their back payments to the lender on their home in order to avoid foreclosure, resolve tax debts that hae not been paid to the FTB or IRS, etc.
As a professor, I teach bankruptcy law at a private law school and busienss law at a community college. Teaching and inspiring the next generation of students is an awarding experience.
