I have a property line issue. I went to Mr. DiJulio's office to get information on what my rights are and how to proceed with getting the issue resolved. He was very patient and provided me with a path to go down that will hopefully remove my concerns. He took the time to explain the terminology u...sed as well to answer each of my questions until I was satisfied. This was my first experience in dealing with a lawyer and it was definitely a good one. Coming away from this meeting I felt that I had someone who I could trust and rely on to get the right answers and issues resolved. He explained what the standard process was and was upfront about the potential costs involved.

We had a terrible experience with DiJulio Law Group. We hired them to review a contract, and they didn't even finish the job. They were only focused on billing hours and only wanted more money. They were non-responsive, requiring several messages to get a response back. They were very rude and ...pushy. I would strongly recommend finding a different attorney.

Here's the quick version: They recommended we post an illegal eviction notice to a tenant that could have resulted in a potential fine of $250/day for us, and then kept a portion of our deposit without completing any work. To top it off they never responded to an email requesting a full refund. Mo...re detail: It's possible we simply had bad luck with our service from David DiJulio and his firm, given the other reviews on here were the reason I even called them, but they told us to post an eviction notice illegally on our tenant's door, and then refused to refund $600 of a $1500 retainer after one 20min phone call where an associate told us we would "have to wait until David DiJulio is back in the office to get any answers." They charged us for "research" but never told us what they were researching.
