Smart, Compassionate, and Efficient Family Attorney

I retained Ms. Halaby to take over the last issues of what ultimately proved a 3 year long, very expensive, contentious divorce. I had earlier been represented by a very well known family law attorney who drove up the conflict and legal fees in my matter. Ms. Halaby began her own practice after work...ing as an associate for a similarly high profile family law specialist. Ms. Halaby was terrific in quickly identifying and addressing the remaining financial and custodial issues in my case. She honestly cares about the children of divorce, and has generously provided pro bono support to a divorced friend who needed help in the courts to protect the welfare of her children. She is very cost- and time-efficient and it was a relief to find someone kind and smart in such an emotionally fraught practice area.

BEST FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Thank you for being my attorney - mostly I want to thank you for your affectionate guidance, for your understanding, your interest in me, your belief that I was worth being your client. I learned so much about how to navigate the life I have been so eager to set sail upon from observing and listening... to you. We didn't really have that much contact in the beginning - which is praise for your legal skills - but you made an impression on me that softened the stress and encouraged me to take responsibility for my choices. I am a stronger, better person, optimistic and confident because you were my attorney. I lost a partner in my divorce but gained so much more personally and professionally, including knowning a great attoney and friend like Noelle Halaby. I would not take this divorce back just for this reason. I have known many attorneys, but not one of them even compared to your knowledge and expertise. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words and to your great staff.

Happy ExClient

I work for the court system, and one of the judges referred me to Ms. Halaby. She was great. She strategized my case, saved me money and treated me very fair. And, what she said would happen, it happened. She didn't promise the moon or charge a lot.

Great Family Lawyer!

I never imagined it would be this easy to finish my divorce and not to worry about doing it right. Now I can recommend this firm to anyone who struggles through divorce and is not sure how to proceed.
