Noelle M Halaby

Noelle Halaby is an excellent family law attorney, and working with her and her office is a very good experience. Noelle is very knowledgeable, explains things clearly in a way that a lay person can understand, is practical, and is forceful when appropriate to further her clients’ interests. Sh...e and all of her staff are very responsive and professional. Noelle is exponentially better than my prior attorney. I began the marriage dissolution process with another attorney. I wish had known of Noelle at the outset.

Luckily Noelle was recommended to me by the first attorney I had consulted with after I was served an hour after that appointment. I immediately hired Noelle during my first consultation with her. She represented me in my legal separation, and then my divorce 8 years later. Besides her extensive exp...erience and expert strategies, it was invaluable to have an attorney who obviously was also understanding of the emotional stress that accompanies these situations. Noelle and her terrific staff were always responsive to my needs and I always felt that I was treated as more than just a client. I know I will have a need to call on Noelle again for her expert help, but fortunately, I am relieved to know that I'll be represented by a truly great attorney.

Noelle has been my God sent angel. She has managed to bring what seemed like utter chaos and a helpless situation to a manageable one. She is tough and fearless and is extremely strategic in her process. She is a master of the law and all the technicalities that go with it. She is efficient, thor...ough and does not needlessly waste time/money or create unnecessary work (as I have experienced with other attorneys). I can honestly say that Noelle gave me my life back. I know that I'm taken care of and that nothing will slip through the cracks. I trust her completely knowing that everything will be ok. I would not want anyone else on my team but most importantly you would definitely not want her on the other side.

I hate to stereotype any human being however the world we live in is so cruel and has done me wrong way too long that I had lost faith in God, in the justice system and more than anything humanity of the people I was dealing with. I filed for divorce 10 years ago, I was introduced to four divorce at...torneys one after another through the process who supposedly were experts in their field. I spent total of 120 thousands dollars by selling my belongings and maxing out all my credit cards. All of them one after another kept maxing out my expenses with their firm, never finished my file, never took the time to look at me and my two boys as actual human beings. They never knew how to navigate the court system nor had the expertise to be able to assertively solve my file and get me the hell out of the spider web of divorce court. I had never seen an attorney have tears in their eyes as I was explaining what I had gone through. I came from an abusive marriage and the moment she saw the tears in my eyes and listened to what I had to say, looked me in the eye and said: “ you will no longer cry, you will no longer be afraid or have tears in your eyes, you will start a new life from now on and I will make sure I get you there” I decided to hire her on the spot and a year later I am writing this review as I believe from every inch of my heart that she has earned this. She was able to navigate the system with assertiveness and did not accept anything as just an alternative. She wanted my boys and I to come out as victors and did not want me to lose hope again. Now I have my boys with me, I have a new life and have moved on from the trauma that was haunting me for a decade. Thank you so much for what you have done for my boys and I. We are grateful

I can’t say enough good things about Noelle Halaby! Not only was her retainer 1/2 what everyone else was charging..but I was ready to spend a fortune on a forensic accountant to try to save my millions in property that I was about to lose because I was too dumb to get a pre-nup! Noelle wrote this mag...ical letter and brought them into a meetomg and charmed everyone! I paid a small lump sum and about 1/4 of what I was expecting to pay monthly! She is a GOOD PERSON! People can feel that! No playing dirty. Just good lawyering!!!
