Tell your parents and get them to hire you a lawyer, you can't deal with this alone. And you REALLY don't want a theft conviction or your record....

If you don't like your lawyer, you can fire her and hire a new one. However, be prepared for the new one to tell you the same about multiple DUIs....

Why does the time matter? If you have been charged, your lawyer can get the details.

That is certainly a possible argument. However, most serious users also deal on the side to get their fix. Hire a lawyer.
