If a warrant was issued, you still have a warrant. Warrants only go away by arrest or by an attorney appearing in court and being granted a motion...

If you are under a court order to not be near him, no. You can't be near him.

You can't "file charges" on anyone. Only a prosecutor can. You can file a police report.

If you have a PO, you are not on unsupervised probation. The definition of unsupervised probation, is that you don't report to a PO.
