Federal law bans felons from possessing firearms. Federal law also bans anyone convicted of DV (even misdemeanors) from possessing firearms.

Looks bad. Hire a lawyer to get a decent result, if you do t have priors a lawyer may be able to negotiate so etching decent for you.

Judges are not parties to plea agreements. Pleas are agreements between prosecutors and defense attorneys. Judges do not have to accept them.
